Q1: Are your products conforming to our standards?
A: Yes for sure, all the products can pass the testings as your demand, e.g.: CE, RoHS, PSE, ETL, FCC, etc.
 
Q2: What's MOQ?
A: MOQ is 100pcs, Hope we can have a good start from this trial order.

Q3:  How much oil can I use? And are the oils optional?
A: 2-5 drops are recommended. It is really a matter of users preference and sense sensitivities and soluble water-based essential oil is okay.
 
Q4: Can I use boiling water? What water temperature range allows it to work best?
A: It's okay. Normal temperature water is the best.

Q5: How do I clean the aroma diffuser?
A: Just wipe it dry with a clean cloth every week or so or follow the instruction.

Q6: Does any oils come with or do I have to buy separately? Can any brand oils be used?
A: No, oils will not come with the essential oil diffuser. You can use any brand oil.

Q7: What is your warranty?
A: 1 year after shipment. You will receive your order in good condition. We suggest that you check the product once you received,  Please let us know the details if there is any damaged ones, then we can deal with it in time.

Q8: Could we custom our brand LOGO, Gift box, label ect?
A: Yes for sure, Please kindly advise your artwork in AI or CDR format.

Q9: What is your delivery time? 
A:  For the sample: Normally 1-3 days with general requirements ;
      For the mass production: Normally 15-25 days, depending on your quantity and delivery time.
